I'm excited to share some personal news with my LinkedIn community. Many of you are aware that my academic journey at Imperial College London began unconventionally through a crowdfunding campaign. This endeavor, though challenging, has been immensely rewarding, supported by a network of incredible individuals who helped fund my early years at the college. This journey has been a testament to hard work, perseverance, and the kindness of the online community.
Today, I am thrilled to announce that I have been accepted as a Faculty for the Future Fellow. This prestigious fellowship, dedicated to empowering women in STEM from developing countries, offers support to kickstart and advance academic careers. Thanks to this fellowship, I will be transferring my research to the National University of Singapore to complete my PhD.
To my fellow women in STEM who are aspiring to further their education and make impactful contributions back in their home countries, I highly recommend applying for this fellowship. It could be the catalyst you need to advance your academic pursuits. I am more than willing to assist with the application process, so please do not hesitate to contact me. The application deadline is November 10th.
"I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Eve Millon for this incredible opportunity. Additionally, my gratitude goes to my supervisor at NUS,
Gianmarco Mengaldo, and the entire research group at
MathEXLab for their warm welcome and continual motivation. I also deeply appreciate the assistance provided by one of the FFTF fellows, Eman Maali, during the application process."
